Shape of Things 2016 - 17

In my 2017 exhibition "Shape of Things" at the West Vancouver Art Museum, I explored the relationship between objects and space. A series of paintings called "Post and Beam" was created as a response to the venue, using photographs by Selwyn Pullan, known for capturing mid-century modern houses. Through this collaboration, I endeavoured to capture the essence of these architectural designs and convey the interplay between objects and their surroundings. The exhibition prompted viewers to reflect on how objects shape our experiences within a room and our connection to the built environment.

Float was interpreted as a giclée print as a fundraiser for the West Vancouver Art Museum.
